fresh — If 'true', bypass the ~60s cache and fetch a live tip-floor snapshot (otherwise a cached snapshot is served).Call it → get HTTP 402 with USDC payment terms (Solana or Base) → pay with any x402 client → retry. Every paid answer ships an Ed25519-signed receipt you can verify offline. It reports unknown instead of guessing.
