rate — Which measured slot-rate to use for the ETA: 'primary', 'alt', or 'both' (default).Call it → get HTTP 402 with USDC payment terms (Solana or Base) → pay with any x402 client → retry. Every paid answer ships an Ed25519-signed receipt you can verify offline. It reports unknown instead of guessing.
